Returns & Refunds Policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in unused and original condition, with all original tags still attached. This means the items must be unworn, unwashed, and not dryer-safe. Items must also be free of strong smoke or body odors, pet hair, human hair, stains, or any other damage.

If your return meets these conditions, we will process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving your return. You will receive email notifications throughout the process.

Please note:

  • Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We only replace defective or damaged items.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item because it's defective or damaged, send us an email at support@custompartyshirts.com and mail your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping cost to return your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Time

We aim to process returns within 7 – 10 business days of receiving them.
